RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What is your Return Policy?

Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged or wrong item/type/shade/etc items are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any delivery return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained

  • Customers are required to send in a written notice via email to us within 2 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return
  • Item return must reach our premises within a week from date of informing us
  • Item must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages with original box and receipt. All items will be inspected on return
  • Item bought during promotional events are not accepted for return and exchange
  • We will not be responsible to replace if you mistakenly bought wrong size item. You might exchange if the size is still available but we will not bear the return and postage fees. 
  • Glow.my will not be responsible for any loss or damage during shipping to you. A quality check will be performed before the items are sent out.
  • All sales are final.


What will I get back the return item(s)?

-You can choose for a prorated refund of your Glow Account or exchange to a same/higher price item(s).


Returnable/Exchangeable Section

-Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only

-If customer received a damaged item and request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer

-If a higher price is selected as a replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by the customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be credited to customer's credit for future purchase. No monetary refund is allowed.

-We reserve full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy

-If the quality, design, and size of item are far from your customer's expectation, exchange of item is allowed with other design


Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Section

-Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online

-Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket)

-Return or exchange is not allowed is size measurement differs about 1-3cm

-Sales items are not returnable unless it is a damaged item

-Please take note that all measurement, color shown are for reference purposes only, sometimes it might be slightly different in 1-3cm, and the color shown on a different type of monitors may have slightly different. If you are very particular on this you may choose not to order to avoid further dispute and argument.


How about postage charges?

-The return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by us provided the return and replacement are due to Damage or Stained Item. We will transfer back your postage fee after we have received the return item.


How can I return my purchase?

Kindly fill in Return Form here or email your inquiry to support@glow.my with subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) matter & condition.

You can Whatsapp us directly for inquiry but we will only process your refund after the Return Form is completed.


How long will it take?

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package to you.


Cancellation of Orders

  • Glow.my will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
  • Glow.my reserve the rights to cancel any order if full payment is not made.
